Jaso is a Spanish tower crane manufacturer based in Idiazabal (Gipuzkoa) and has its roots in a modest company founded in 1965 by several friends in Itsazondo. At the dawn of their activity, they were engaged in the manufacture and installation of overhead cranes, and only 10 years after the start of their activity and the transfer of the production site to Idiazabal, they switched to the production of tower cranes. However, the economic crisis that began in 1977 hit the construction industry in Spain hard and almost became fatal for the young tower crane manufacturer. Only thanks to a government order and the colossal efforts of the company's management, it managed to survive this difficult period.
The next decade turned out to be very successful - Jaso aggressively captured the Spanish tower crane market, and by 1987 they took a leading position in it. Not stopping there, they began to expand into the foreign market, creating a dealer network in Europe, Asia and the USA.
JASO is currently actively offering its tower cranes worldwide.
