Hyva truck-mounted cranes are manufactured in Italy by the Dutch transnational concern HYVA. The cranes are used in the construction industry, utilities, agriculture and a number of other areas of the economy.
Hyva truck-mounted cranes are crane-manipulator units designed for loading and unloading equipment for various purposes, from light loads to super-heavy ones. The manipulators are articulated, have a Z or G boom configuration, as well as a rigid hook mount on the boom head.
In order to increase functionality, the cranes can be equipped, as options, with additional attachments:
an operator's cabin for two people;
a hydraulic drill;
a bucket for bulk materials;
a grab;
a radio remote control;
a winch.
The Hyva concern produces several series of truck-mounted cranes, characterized by a wide range of technical parameters. The reach of the telescopic boom varies from 2 to 34 m, the maximum lifting capacity is from 235 to 10485 kg, and the lifting moment is from 1 to 85 tm.
The cranes are a compromise between the lifting capacity, quality and price of the device. HYVA is equipped with a crane operation and stability control system, which ensures the maximum lifting capacity, while maintaining the safety level of both the operator and the equipment.
The control panel is ergonomically located and easy to operate, ensuring easy and safe operation of the device. The undoubted advantage of the crane is the absence of complex electronic systems.
The standard configuration of the crane is equipped with support legs on both sides of the vehicle, which guarantees maximum stability of operation, and also protects the suspension elements and frame. The support legs are lowered using hydraulic cylinders. Thanks to the installation of an additional option, rotary support stabilizers, the ground clearance of the vehicle will not be limited.
