History of Fuwa Cranes

FUWA is one of the oldest Chinese brands of special equipment, operating on the market since 1904. In the first half of the 20th century, it was engaged in the production of planers, tower cranes.

In 1984, the company began producing full-swing crawler excavators and hydraulic all-terrain crawler cranes. To improve the quality of its products, it annually invests part of its profits in innovative developments.

It owns research centers that synthesize their own solutions with the best world experience. Among them are the Institute for the Design of Crawler Cranes, the Product Testing Center, the Basic Research Institute, the Institute of Technical Standards, etc.

Up to 60% of its products are exported to other countries. About 90% of the company's technical staff are directly involved in the development of special equipment, 15% of them have a master's degree.

Types of Cranes

FWX Series

Load capacity from 55 to 285 tons, offered with a lattice boom. The series was launched in 2012 and included seven models. The cranes feature a modular design that allows for the installation of various hydraulic and electronic components. They are equipped with a lever-type chassis for smooth and safe movement with a load. The manufacturer has increased the visibility of the cabin by installing flat windows.

FWT Series

Equipped with a telescopic boom, a 20-22 mm diameter cable for lifting winches. There is a function for simultaneous control of hydraulic functions at low engine speeds. The cranes have an improved design of the cable system and cylinders for more stable operation of the boom. An additional retractable extension up to 14 meters long is provided. Load capacity from 55 to 120 tons.

QUY Series

Universal self-propelled cranes with a lattice boom. Can be equipped with additional equipment that gives them the functions of a pile driver, scraper excavator or grab. A complete closed hydraulic drive circuit for lifting, turning and moving is provided. Most of the parts are painted with dust-free varnish paint.

FRC Series

Off-road cranes on a wheeled chassis. They have improved cross-country ability and maneuverability. They are designed for use in confined urban spaces. It is possible to connect a 4x4 all-wheel drive. They are equipped with an automatic transmission, a productive DEUTZ diesel engine.

Trenchers

Special equipment on a caterpillar track with an upper cutter for arranging trenches. Equipped with a Cummins QSK15 engine. Structurally includes a massive steel frame, two gearboxes. Drums of cutting toothed circles rotating in opposite directions are attached to the gearboxes. Effectively destroys rock and removes slag.

Features of FUWA special equipment

In the manufacture of cranes, parts and components of proven brands are used:

engines - DEUTZ, CUMMINS;

gearboxes, hydraulic pumps — Kawasaki, Rexroth.

Boom blanks are supplied by Japanese and German companies. Safety devices are offered, which simplifies the control of special equipment. The maximum estimated lifting capacity does not differ from the real one. A mandatory element of FUWA special equipment is a black box. The manufacturer provides a warranty for cranes of 2400 engine hours or 12 months.
